Right after graduation I was lucky enough to go back to California with Daniel's family to spend more time with Daniel before he moved down to Arizona! I was sooo happy I was able to do this since we'll be apart all summer! Finals week and graduation was so crazy that I barely got to see Daniel so it was great spending so much time with him right before we had to say goodbye for a while!
One of the days we were there we went to San Diego with two of his roommates to go to a Padres game! It was so much fun! One of Daniel's life goals is to go to every MLB stadium in the nation. So Petco Park is crossed off the list. Here are some pictures from the game!
Every time he goes to a new stadium he buys a baseball and tries to get it signed if he can. This is him getting his baseball signed by the pitcher I think?
Our seats were so hot so we had to escape the sun for a little bit.
After the game, we went to see the San Diego Temple. It was beautiful!!
One day Daniel's friend took us shooting. We went in December when I visited so I was a little better this time..maybe? It was a lot of fun tho!
All the ammo!
One day, Daniel's family took us to Morro bay to go kayaking and walk up and down the board walk. It was a pretty windy day but it was beautiful!! We kayaked out to that sandbar and saw a bunch of sealions. It was a lot of fun!
Anytime I ask him to smile, this is what I get. Our wedding day is going to be difficult...
The whole crew
After Morro Bay we went to these cliffs on the coast.. I can't remember what they are called, but they were beautiful! And there were little bunnies everywhere!
Always breaking the rules...
We walked along the coast until the sun was setting.
Sea creatures in tide pools.
We found a cute little cave.. It was pretty
neat.
Sunset on the beach! It was beautiful! And as cheesy as it sounds, it was so perfect being there with Daniel!
I was so lucky to able to go to California with Daniel and his family! We were able to get a lot of wedding things started which was great! And it was just great to spend time together without homework or work or anything else stressing us! So now, Daniel is in Arizona and I'm at home. It's definitely hard being apart but I'm so thankful for how hard Daniel is working for us! In June I'm going down to help him look for an apartment for us! We are getting so excited for August and can't wait for when we can be together!!
